409 Maple Ave
Commercial Redevelopment Opportunity
of Historic Train Station
The City of Hamilton is currently accepting individual redevelopment proposals for the historic train depot located at 409 Maple Avenue. Originally built by Cincinnati, Hamilton and Dayton Railroad and more recently owned by CSX Transportation, the 19th century station was active until 2005. The structure is arguably one of the most historic buildings in Hamilton, having served industry tycoons, former presidents, soldiers of both World Wars, and passengers of all kinds during its years of operation.
